If you did not already know about Barefoot Health Naturopathic Clinic here in Ajax I would highly recommend checking them out! They offer some pretty awesome services for both pre and postnatal. They offer workshops, classes and drop ins on a weekly basis!  Any new mom or mom to would surely love to learn more on how they can help, assist and make the transition into motherhood the most amazing experience. This beautiful, fun and excited young couple are about to welcome their first child with the help of a wonderful Doula in just a few short weeks!
