It's fun to get your family and friends involved too. Not only for health reasons but for a better living for your future. There is also a ton of information out there. Our family recently purchased a Breville Juicer this past year and I am totally in love with all the combinations we have come up with so far. We have always been a smoothie family and I am lucky that the kids are not picky eaters. It sure helps that my husband is a Chef, but I'm proud that the kids paletes are so diverse.
Smoothies are an awesome quick way to get lots of vitamins and antioxidents in. Healthy benefits 100% not to mention fills you up!

Newborn Charlie!
A newborn baby boy arrived in studio the other day and despite him being overdue, he was quite the charmer! Meet Charlie, at 10 days old he was such a delight to work with. Mom and big sister joined us for his newborn session too. Thanks SO much for coming to visit me Charlie. Loved the cuddle time and big sister Callie! Take care and enjoy him. I know he is loved very much already!

Spring Newsletter and the Durham Region Baby Plan
New life, new mom's and new babies! It a WONDERFUL time of year! Yay for March! Spring is in the air, the birds are chirping away outside and the sun has peeked out from behind those gray clouds! Baby Plan: 3 month old Baby Girl
It's no lie, babies grow oh so fast! Especially the first 3 months! Don't feel alone if you are still sleep deprived. Your baby will soon start to fall into a better sleep routine pattern and go for longer stretches. That said, this little puddin' was sure fighting sleep during her Sweet Baby Plan session in studio earlier this week ;) You may remember seeing her newborn photography session back in November. You can view her session HERE. Oh baby look at you now! Wriggling, cooing,giggling and a ton of curious expressions. You took everything in.
