A-choo! Sorry for the dust in here, it's been a little while since the last post. However not for good reason. I've been on a temporary break since my wonderful in laws have been visiting from Scotland!! They are with us for the next while and needless to say it's been busy and FUN! The kids are having a ball and mummy is loving a little extra company ;)
That being said, yes August is almost at an end, however it's the perfect time of the year to have portriats done. Stay tuned for some cool trendy new things I've got to offer. I'll be blogging them early next week.

Braving the heat :: Ajax_Durham Region_Aurora_Family Photographer
Yesterday I traveled up to beautiful Aurora for a family reunion session. This wonderful family braved the HEAT and humidity with me to capture some memories with all the relatives. Some even came up from the US for the event. I am sure Grandma and Grandpa loved every minute of it! With a cold drink in hand of course :) Here are a few of the wonderful troopers who smiled regardless of the sweat streaming down our faces. The reward of a dip in the gorgeous pool afterwards was on everyone's minds I guess :)

I LOVE canvas! I love the look of art hung on walls. So much so that lately all the orders I have been filling I drool over the works of art that leave the office. Mommy goggles on or whatever you'd like to call it, I had to get one for myself. Here is a recent one I had done of my own. Typical of them both. Gosh I love them! :) As seen here this is an 11x14 gallery wrap canvas. Sprayed for longevity and UV protection. Again, product photography is not my forte :) However we are all visual..;)

Lastly here is a sample of a custom 10x20 collage print. Collages can be done in gallery wrap canvas, print alone to be framed and matted. Beautiful memories and gifts for everyone!

Happy Wednesday everyone! It's already a busy week for us. Here are a few more hints for how you can make dressing for your session easy and stress-free. I am looking forward to this coming weekend as I will be up in Aurora with a large family reunion! The weather is to be nice and hot, so let's hope that it stays that way! Seems as though summer is FINALLY here. Have fun this week, get outdoors and enjoy it! Hard to believe that August is half gone already!
