A Maternity Goddess: Durham Region Maternity Photography Studio
Happy New Year Mama’s! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and holiday season with your family and friends. This quiet time of year always makes me reflect on what is really important in life. The lessons that we are taught and to never take time for granted. We are blessed beyond measure even on days that don’t feel like it. That being said…it’s important to be thankful and grateful. Not just today but always. Even if the house is chaotic, routine is left at the door and peace and quiet only comes when you slept (well kinda lol)
You are doing an amazing job mom. I know this season of life feels so overwhelming some days. But take it from a Seasoned Mama (yes it’s a thing) that these days don’t last forever. If you’ve been here a while and follow me on socials, you’ll know I am a mom of 2 amazing young adults. My kids are 11 months apart. Yes you read that right and yes it was a blur. But you know what? It was the most amazing thing that ever happened to me as a mom. Raising kids is the most rewarding and best club you will ever be a part of.
So embrace all the days, hard, easy, tired and everything in between
Because before you know it they start school, are promoted as a big brother or sister and then life proceeds to go at mach 20 till one day you are like…I miss this stage ;)
So if you are looking to hold onto these moments, for yourself, your children and future heirlooms this is your sign to do it.
Remember them with intention
